Artists/Teachers @ ShapeShifter & Art Collective Cafe
Many Park Slope / Windsor Terrace artists are also dedicated art educators who teach in a number of diverse settings that influence their output. They use painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, collage, encaustic and more with students… and the new technology and ideas that they bring. Our gifted neighborhood artists are in dialogue with prestigious schools and institutions, but also unique communities all over the Tri-State area. “Artist / Teacher” is a sampling of these valuable partnerships and mentorship. Our local artists teach skills and ideas that influence creative thinking and expression far beyond our own small, special setting.
